Metal Processing is the core competence of AN-Specials. This component includes the manufacturing and processing of formed metallic workpieces. Over the years, valuable expertise has been worked out, which in turn results in the quality of our products. We put great emphasis on efficient manufacturing processes, excellent quality and sophisticated concepts. Mainly, we process metals like stainless steel and steel. Thanks to our good equipment of production machines like:

we are able to work out a suitable solution together and produce your product. We can accept orders for small as well as for large quantities due to our process optimizations.

We foam polyurethane sealing’s in a variety of thicknesses according to UL norms, which can be used indoors and outdoors. With our CNC foaming line, we are able to work on components with a size of 2500 mm x 5000 mm.

The coating of surfaces and working pieces functions as protection and individualization of products. Especially outdoors, it ensures perfect protection from corrosion. AN-Specials offers varnishes in all RAL-colours. We use powder coating as well as wet painting in fine and coarse structure. We offer this varnishes for indoor and outdoor and work on components from 100 mm to 7000 mm.
